Return Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Nataloom@outlook.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Photos clearly showing the damage or incorrect item
- Your order number or proof of purchase
Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels, and items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns , offer refunds, or provide replacements except in the following cases:
- If the product you received is the wrong item; or
- If the product is damaged upon delivery.
In either case, you must provide photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement item or refund at our discretion.
How to Submit a Return Request
If you believe your order qualifies for a return due to damage or wrong item received, please contact us at Nataloom@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number and purchase details
- Photos clearly showing the damage or incorrect item
- Receipt or proof of purchase
We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final except for the cases described above. We do not accept returns on, but not limited to, items described below:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or other restricted items

Exchanges
If your return is approved, we have the right to decide whether your order can be exchanged, replaced, or refunded.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. However, since we do not offer refunds generally, exceptions apply only if the item is damaged or incorrect as per above.
